Position Overview

As a Service Advisor, you are the trusted face of Audi Stuart. You’ll be the key liaison between our customers and service team, delivering a seamless, five-star experience from the moment a client arrives until they drive away in their Audi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, professional welcome and expertly assess customer service needs
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on maintenance, repairs, and service options
  • Create accurate repair orders and coordinate efficiently with technicians
  • Keep customers informed with proactive, transparent communication
  • Ensure a flawless end-to-end service journey
  • Clearly explain services and costs while building trust and confidence
  • Identify and recommend additional services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition
  • Collaborate closely with technicians and parts teams to achieve timely, high-quality results
  • Cultivate lasting customer relationships and drive long-term loyalty

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical or customer service training required)
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role is required
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
  • Genuine passion for luxury brands and exceptional customer service
  • Familiarity with automotive systems and repair processes is a plus
