We provide high-quality paving and pavement maintenance services for parking lots, roadways, parking garages, and warehouses. Our services include asphalt and concrete paving, pavement markings, asphalt seal coating crack filling, and more. We are transforming our industry and we aren’t slowing down!

This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday, sometimes working at night and weekends will be required. So flexibility is key.
Qualifications:
  • Pay Rate of $14-$25 /hr is based on skill set & experience.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation.
  • You are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve.
  • You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 80lbs).
  • Ability to work well independently unsupervised.
  • Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset.
  • An Engineering educational background is an asset.
  • Experience in line striping and/or pavement repair is an asset.
  • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields.
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
  • Ability to handle physical workload.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented.
  • Show initiative and willingness to learn.
