  • Ensure visuals accurately communicate construction phasing, sequencing, site logistics, and final built conditions.
  • Oversee BIMโ€‘toโ€‘Visualization workflows, including the translation of Revit and Navisworks models into realโ€‘time and offline visualization platforms.

Quality Control & Standards

  • Maintain strict QA/QC standards for all visualization deliverables.
  • Ensure technical accuracy of construction processes depicted while maintaining topโ€‘tier artistic quality.
  • Develop and enforce visualization standards, templates, and asset libraries.
  • Review and approve final deliverables before external or executive release.

Research, Development & Innovation

  • Continuously research, test, and evaluate emerging visualization software, AI tools, and hardware.
  • Lead pilot initiatives for new visualization and immersive technologies.
  • Optimize workflows to reduce production time while increasing output quality and consistency.
  • Contribute to digital twin and reality capture visualization initiatives in collaboration with VDC leadership.

Minimum Qualifications
