A well-established physician-owned and physician-governed multispecialty group in beautiful central Washington is seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join a highly respected and collaborative urology team serving a large regional patient population.
Position Highlights:

  • Full-time general urology position in a busy, well-established practice
  • Practice includes both adult and pediatric urology
  • Join a collaborative team of:
    • 5 Urologists
    • 3 Advanced Practice Providers
  • Four-county service area with no competing groups
  • Consultative support at a Level III community hospital with a strong hospitalist program
  • Opportunity to practice broad-spectrum community urology
  • Physicians are valued leaders with influence in organizational decision-making
  • Strong emphasis on physician wellbeing, autonomy, and work/life balance


Compensation/Benefits May Include:

  • Compensation range: $529K $573K
  • First-year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median benchmarks
