Overview

The coordinator is responsible for assisting store locations, builders, contractors and homeowners with service and customer service activities


Responsibilities

Sourcing product needed to fulfill job requirements

Inbound and Outbound phone calls to respond to needs quickly and efficiently

Validate material needs with store locations and order if needed

Schedule and communication with parties on ETA’s

Communications with homeowners to validate information and respond to concerns

Continuous updating of in-house software of current standings of events

Vendor communications on service requests and debits

Complete resolution on issues and concerns and communications to all parties of such

Computer Skills: POS System, Inventory System, Word Processing Software, Spreadsheet, Vendor Portals and Internet Software

Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers
