Operations Administrative Assistant at Marsden South, LLC

Shift: 9am-3pm Monday-Friday - 30 hours/week

Address:150 W University Blvd- Melbourne FL -FIT

Requirements:

  • Employee must use company app.
  • You must be 18 years old.
  • English and Spanish Speaking preferred.
  • A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
  • Seeking someone tech savvy, and a problem solver.
  • Must have a driver's license.
  • Drug test required.
  • Prefer experienced with Excel.

Job Duties:

  • Assisting with accounts payable
  • Receive and ship deliveries, and informing the managers
  • Spanish Interpretations/translations
  • Mail, pick up, mail out
  • Take phone calls
  • Computer help for the managers
  • Filing
  • Fleet vehicle maintenance: drive vehicles for their services (Oil changes, tire repairs, etc)
  • Review vehicle inspections sheets
  • Office order: EE Shirts/Office inventory
  • Answer E-mails
  • Miscellaneous office tasks
  • QC Inspections: Receive and submit inspection reports
  • Duties with office programs
  • Submitting company expenses
  • Scan mail to proper personal
