Summit Athletic Club is looking for a full-time Billing Agent to join our close-knit team. If you’re organized, people-savvy, and enjoy bringing clarity and solutions to financial conversations, this role could be a great fit.


This is more than a collections job — it’s a relationship-focused position where you help members resolve issues while keeping our club running strong. Plus, you’ll work in a positive, supportive environment (with access to a state-of-the-art gym before or after your shift).

What You’ll Do


As a Billing amp; Collections Specialist, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the club while delivering respectful, solution-oriented service to our members.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing member billing, payments, and account records

  • Identifying outstanding balances and resolving discrepancies

  • Processing payments

  • Communicating with members about billing questions or past-due accounts

  • Negotiating payment solutions with professionalism and empathy

  • Maintaining organized and confidential records

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls

  • MUST be CPR Certified or willing to obtain in it in the next 3 months


You’ll spend part of your day working independently with numbers and records, and part of your day interacting with members — making this a great role for someone who enjoys variety and balance.


What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in billing or collections

  • Comfortable with basic math and Microsoft Office

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Calm, patient, and solution-focused
