Responsibilities

A Day in the Life of a Dispatcher

  • Build and adjust technician routes for maximum efficiency 

  • Schedule appointments and make sure they land in the right place at the right time 

  • Communicate with technicians throughout the day on updates and changes 

  • Prep appointments and send customer reminders 

  • Audit accounts for accuracy and update as needed 

  • Open up route availability to bring on new customers 

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

You don't need pest control experience -we'll train you. The right mindset is what matters most. This is a Full-Time or seasonal (40 hours/week) in office position with a 6-month commitment. We have needs from 6am - 2:30pm and 10:30am - 7pm. 

  • Strong Microsoft skills  

  • Quick learner with new software and routing systems 

  • Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving ability 

  • Clear, confident communication 

  • Reliable, punctual, and accountable 

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment 

  • Must be available to work one Saturday per month
