The management team is very experienced in the industry and is searching for a candidate that is outgoing, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and a keen understanding of financial management.

Job Description
  • The Executive Director position is a full time leadership role within the organization. The job entails running a 100+ unit Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Phoenix, AZ.

  • Lead and manage ~60 employees.

  • Responsible for hiring, training, and coordinating staffing in the community.

  • Financially capable with a basic knowledge of budgets, income statements spend down reports, ect.

  • Weekly conference calls with other Executive Directors in the Company.

Qualifications
Should absolutely be:
  • A strong critical thinker and problem solver
  • Able to work with little to no direction (Entrepreneurial)
  • 2-3 years as an Executive Director in the Senior Living industry

Additional qualifications but not necessary:
  • A college degree
