Eric W Snyder Insurance in Parkton, Maryland, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Customer Service Agent. As a Customer Service Agent, you will work with our experienced team to help provide excellent service to our Personal Lines clients. A friendly, customer-service oriented personality and a positive, cooperative attitude are paramount.If you are a motivated and confident self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, then this is your opportunity for you.

Responsibilities
  • Support agency by processing new business applications and servicing existing policyholder policies.
  • Collect complete underwriting information from walk-in/telephone prospects.
  • Prepare and present complete and competitive insurance quotes.
  • Conduct claims reporting and follow-up.
  • Conduct regular account reviews in an effort to improve retention and sell additional coverages (cross selling and account rounding).
  • Build and maintain rapport with producers, clients, and insurance company underwriters and sales team.
  • Work on individual or corporate projects that may occasionally be assigned by management.
  • Maintain records on policy changes.
Requirements
  • Holds a PC Insurance license
  • Has at least 3 years insurance industry experience
