Job Summary:
Reporting the Vice President of Marketing, the Digital & Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing the Company's digital and social media accounts and creating content that resonates with the target demographic. This role requires a strong understanding of the Hispanic consumer and the ability to communicate in a voice that feels culturally authentic, relevant, and engaging. Spanish language fluency is a requirement, as this role involves creating or adapting content for bilingual or Spanish-speaking audiences.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Management
• Execute against brand strategy by developing and executing digital marketing and social media plans designed to support business objectives and resonate with Hispanic audiences across multiple platforms.
• Leverage brand messaging and relevant occasions to plan and manage digital & social media calendars across channels such as brand and retailer websites, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
• Integrate other brand and retail media/tools into digital & social media plans to contribute to a fully integrated communications approach.
• Stay current on trends, cultural insights, and platform behaviors within the Hispanic and general markets.
Content Creation
• Concept, write, create, and edit engaging content that reflects an authentic voice relevant to the Hispanic consumer.
• Create bilingual or Spanish-language content as needed, maintaining consistent brand voice and cultural nuance.
• Develop high-quality multimedia assets, including short-form videos, graphics, photography, and copy for campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
Community Management
• Engage with audiences in a culturally aware and respectful manner, including responding to comments and messages in English or Spanish as appropriate.
• Build a positive and inclusive brand presence within Hispanic communities online.
Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor and analyze performance across platforms; identify and present insights and key learnings on engagement, reach, conversions, and cultural resonance.
• Implement key learnings to continually optimize strategies and deliver on KPIs to meet business objectives.
Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to develop campaigns that support brand strategy and authentically reflect Hispanic culture and consumer behavior.
• Partner with influencers, creators, and community leaders who have strong credibility and connections within the Hispanic market.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.

Physical Requirements:
• This is a remote role, requiring extended periods of sitting while working at a computer or participating in virtual meetings
