Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Amazon Content & Catalog Manager to create, optimize, and manage high-performing product listings across Amazon marketplaces. This role is responsible for developing best-in-class product detail pages that maximize search visibility, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional copywriting skills, Amazon SEO expertise, and strong analytical abilities to continuously improve listing quality, customer engagement, and marketplace performance.

Responsibilities

Listing Creation & Optimization

  • Create new Amazon product listings from concept through launch while ensuring compliance with Amazon's content guidelines and category requirements.
  • Develop compelling product titles, bullet points, product descriptions, A+ Content, and backend search terms.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value search opportunities.
  • Identify key product differentiators and customer benefits to maximize conversions.
  • Recommend product imagery, infographics, and content strategies that enhance product detail pages.

Copywriting & Content Development

  • Write persuasive, customer-focused product copy that clearly communicates features, benefits, and unique selling propositions.
  • Develop content that aligns with brand standards while maximizing Amazon SEO performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, merchandising, and creative teams to produce high-quality listing content.
  • Ensure all product information is accurate, engaging, and optimized for both customers and Amazon's search algorithm.

Listing Management & Maintenance

  • Manage and maintain existing Amazon listings across multiple marketplaces.
  • Monitor listing health, suppressions, and compliance issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct routine catalog audits to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Update listings based on product changes, customer feedback, marketplace trends, and Amazon policy updates.

Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze listing performance metrics, including traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and sales performance.
  • Perform competitor and category research to identify content gaps and optimization opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to improve organic visibility and conversion performance.
  • Test and refine listing content to maximize customer engagement and sales.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Amazon apparel listings, catalog content, or e-commerce product content.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization.
  • Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Experience using Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management abilities.
  • Experience working within the apparel, fashion, or consumer products industry preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
