Alexa for Shopping makes it easy for customers to find and discover products by helping with product research, providing comparisons and recommendations, answering specific product questions, and more. We are seeking a talented senior copywriter to lead, concept, and execute breakthrough digital and social creative. While this role will largely focus on social, digital and other content creation, you will also contribute and collaborate across the broader range of marketing, advertising, and brand-building channels.

The ideal candidate is well-versed in guiding voice, tone, branding decisions, has a strong point of view on strategy, data analysis, and can identify cultural trends to create campaigns and content that can be used across social media, email, and digital creative needs.

A day in the life
* Partner cross-functionally with research and product to deeply understand customer needs and translate them into strategic, user-centered experiences.
* Develop visually compelling marketing solutions that work for UI, PR, and cross platform channels
* Collaborate with designers across the Alexa for Shopping and broader Shopping teams.
* Leverage strong design and business acumen to transform conceptual ideas into exceptional, scalable solutions.
* Create a variety of design artifacts (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, videos) to test, evangelize, and deliver your ideas.
* Learn and grow through hands-on work with our Leads and Principals, and a dedicated mentor paired with you from day one.

The vision of the Alexa for Shopping Team is to revolutionize the search and shopping experience through innovations in advanced AI and machine learning. Our goal is to create intuitive, personalized experiences that seamlessly connect customers with information and recommendations that help them easily and enjoyably shop for the products they need.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience
- Bachelor's degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote
- Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions
- Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery
- Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers)
- Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
