Job description

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, Marketing Analytics or a related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Sales Operations -related occupation.
  • Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, Marketing Analytics or a related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Sales Operations-related occupation.
  • Position requires 2 years of experience in the following: Structured problem-solving and root cause analysis for ambiguous business problems, and developing and presenting executive-level recommendations. Managing project scope, timelines, and risks for multi-stakeholder initiatives or End-to-end project management for strategic initiatives, leveraging project management tools for status tracking and driving efficient cross-stakeholder meetings to unblock delays. Managing stakeholder expectations and agreed objectives for collaborative projects or Stakeholder engagement to align on project objectives, including skillfully executing meetings to drive consensus, documenting decisions, and managing follow-up via email. Presenting business cases to senior leadership for project approval or Executive influencing for strategic buy-in using consulting frameworks that weigh business impact vs risks. Written and oral communication of business information adapted for different audiences or Strategic communication for diverse business stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $150,350 - $177,000 15% bonus target equity benefits determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
  • Drive hypothesis-driven business strategy and define go-to-market plans for YouTube products across users, partners, and creators
  • Manage operational excellence by setting and tracking OKRs, driving annual business planning, and running the implementation of business cadence
  • Conduct data analysis, modeling, and market intelligence using tools like SQL to develop insights, build dashboards, and create decks
  • Define actionable plans and roadmaps, aligning cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful implementation of change initiatives
  • Develop hypotheses against opportunity areas, test them using quantitative and qualitative analysis, and communicate actionable insights. Identify process improvements, develop strategic narratives to influence product roadmaps, and manage key programs and projects
