Aircraft Records & Compliance Specialist
(Aircraft Technical Records Analyst / Aviation Records Specialist)
Logic Aviation Services – FAA Part 145 Helicopter Repair Station
Tecumseh, Oklahoma

Logic Aviation Services is seeking a meticulous and self-disciplined Aircraft Records & Compliance Analyst to support our FAA Part 145 helicopter repair station. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate aircraft technical records and aircraft maintenance records, supporting FAA regulatory compliance, and ensuring all maintenance documentation meets federal regulatory standards.

Candidates with experience in airline, MRO, leasing company, or helicopter operator technical records are strongly encouraged to apply.

This role is critical to maintaining safe, compliant helicopter operations and supporting our maintenance, quality, and customer service teams. We are looking for professionals who demonstrate initiative, professionalism, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain aircraft technical records and aircraft maintenance records in accordance with FAA Part 43 and Part 145 regulations
  • Track aircraft and component times, inspections, life-limited parts, and Airworthiness Directives
  • Review maintenance documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
  • Support FAA Part 145 repair station compliance requirements
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical aircraft maintenance records
  • Prepare aircraft records packages for customer deliveries, transfers, and audits
  • Assist with FAA inspections, internal audits, and regulatory compliance reviews
  • Verify work orders, logbook entries, and maintenance releases
  • Identify discrepancies in maintenance documentation and resolve them proactively
  • Support maintenance planning and research thorough records review

  • Experience with aircraft technical records or aircraft maintenance records
  • Familiarity with FAA regulations (Part 43, Part 91, Part 135, Part 145)

  • Experience working in FAA Part 145 repair stations
