What are some common challenges Full Time Aerial Instructors face, and how can they overcome them?

Full Time Aerial Instructors often encounter challenges such as adapting to students' varying skill levels, maintaining a safe learning environment, and preventing instructor burnout due to the physically demanding nature of the job. To overcome these, instructors typically develop strong communication and observation skills, stay updated on the latest safety protocols, and prioritize ongoing professional development. Building a supportive community within the studio and practicing self-care are also essential for long-term success and satisfaction in this role.
