Job description

Real Estate Recruiter, High-Volume Outbound Sales (Remote)
$52,000 Base Approximately $128,800 Expected Annual Compensation at Quota
This is a cold-calling sales role, not a desk recruiting job. We're one of Florida's largest and fastest-growing real estate brokerages, with access to a market of more than 250,000 licensed Realtors. We need someone who picks up the phone, builds trust fast, and closes.
If your background is real estate wholesaling or acquisitions calling, inside sales, telephone sales, mortgage, insurance, or auto sales, staffing or recruiting, or membership sales, and you're good at getting people to say yes, keep reading. A Florida real estate license is not required.
Not a Fit If You
  • Need a script and a manager checking in to stay on task
  • Get discouraged after a handful of no's
  • Want fixed hours and a 9-to-5 structure
  • Have only done inbound, warm-lead, or account management work

A Fit If You
  • Have carried a real quota and can point to the number
  • Prefer the phone over email
  • Want your paycheck tied to your effort, not your tenure
  • Handle rejection like a speed bump, not a stop sign

What You'll Do
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls every business day, targeting agents at competing brokerages and other qualified prospects
  • Use company-provided databases, MLS data, Courted.io, LinkedIn, and our GoHighLevel CRM to identify and prioritize the best-fit prospects
  • Build rapport quickly, ask strong questions, and clearly present our value proposition: 100% commission model, support, technology, coaching, and growth opportunity
  • Handle objections around timing, loyalty, fees, and support with confidence and professionalism
  • Complete 15+ targeted LinkedIn connection requests daily as a supporting channel
  • Follow up relentlessly by phone, text, email, and CRM, and document every outcome same-day
  • Stay engaged with each recruited agent through signing, license transfer, onboarding, and first payment

Requirements
Your Goal
Recruit and activate 40 licensed real estate agents per month, about two per business day. Daily activity benchmarks include 100+ outbound calls and 15+ LinkedIn connections.
Compensation
Base salary: $52,000/year
Activated Agent Bonus: $100 per activated agent (agent signs, transfers license, completes onboarding, and pays first membership fee)
Production Quality Bonus: $100 when a recruited agent closes their first transaction
At quota (40 activations/month): approximately $128,800 expected annual compensation
Requirements
  • Proven cold calling, outbound sales, recruiting, or acquisitions experience
  • Ability to work full-time in a remote environment
  • Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet home workspace, and reliable computer/phone access
  • Experience using a CRM, or the ability to learn quickly

Job Type: Full-time, Remote
Schedule: Monday-Friday
