Job Responsibilities:

·        Lead and support a team of 2+ direct reports

·        Manage accounts receivable operations in a high-volume construction environment, including AIA billing and WIP reporting

·        Support accounting and reporting functions across multiple locations and jurisdictions as the organization continues its rapid growth

·        Oversee sales tax responsibilities and compliance requirements

·        Ensure timely and accurate project-related financial reporting

Requirements:

·        Experience working in the construction industry

·        Proven leadership experience with direct management responsibility for a team of 2+

·        Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
