Accounts Payable Clerk

Join Our Team

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounting team. This position is ideal for someone with accounting or accounts payable experience who is organized, accurate, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.


The Accounts Payable Clerk will support daily accounting operations by processing invoices, managing payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.


What You'll Do

Accounts Payable & Accounting

  • Oversee accounts payable and ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time.
  • Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Pay bills and manage scheduled payments.
  • Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing financial transactions.
  • Review, code, and process invoices.
  • Maintain accurate and organized AP records.
  • Review expense reports and credit card statements.
  • Assist with payment processing, including checks and ACH transactions.

Office & Accounting Support

  • Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and account questions.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Enter and update information in accounting systems.
  • Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
