BPR Consulting Group (www.bpr-grp.com) is seeking experienced CASp Inspectors to join our growing company and serve our clients. We have an immediate opening.

The successful candidate must possess the ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and maintain professional working relationships with clients, coworkers, and permit applicants. A strong construction background, understanding of accessibility requirements, and a desire to stay current with evolving accessibility standards are essential to the success of the selected individual.

Essential Duties:

The essential duties noted below are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, functions, and skills. They are intended to be a summary of key job responsibilities and duties.

  • Perform Certified Access Specialist (CASp) inspections for commercial, industrial, and residential facilities to evaluate compliance with applicable accessibility regulations (CBC Chapter 11A/11B, ADA Standards, federal and state requirements).

  • Prepare detailed CASp inspection reports outlining findings, barriers, applicable standards, and corrective recommendations.

  • Provide guidance to clients regarding accessibility compliance, barrier removal strategies, and risk mitigation.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and inspection notes.

  • Address client questions and deliver services in a clear, timely, and professional manner.

  • Perform all work consistent with BPR's and clients' policies and procedures.

  • Provide all services in an efficient, proactive, and client-focused manner.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Three (3) plus years of experience performing accessibility inspections, accessibility consulting, building inspection, or related experience.

  • Strong knowledge of accessibility codes and standards, including ADA, CBC Chapter 11A/11B, and relevant federal and state regulations.

  • Familiarity with construction processes and building design.

  • Experience preparing technical reports or inspection documents.

  • Strong communication and client service skills.

  • Good driving record.

Certification Requirements:
  • Current CASp Certification (Certified Access Specialist) required.

  • Additional ICC certifications (such as Building Inspector or Plans Examiner) are a plus.

Compensation:

BPR Consulting Group offers competitive wages and has strong benefit offerings. Pay range for this role is between $30-$50 per hour, depending on experience.
