Company: Balance Staffing
Location: Folsom, CA 95215
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM
Lunch: 11:00 AM – 11:45 AM


Balance Staffing is hiring Bottling Production Associates for an immediate opening with one of our manufacturing partners. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals looking to gain experience in a fast-paced production environment.


Job Responsibilities

  • Perform routine production and bottling tasks.
  • Operate machinery control panels and make minor equipment adjustments using hand tools.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Clean and sanitize processing equipment, production lines, hoses, pumps, and work areas.
  • Assist with warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and moving production materials.
  • Safely operate a forklift (experience preferred).
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team leads.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing, production, or bottling experience is preferred.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
  • Ability to climb stairs and catwalks up to 45 feet.
  • Comfortable working in enclosed spaces when required.
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a team environment.


Schedule & Pay

  • Monday–Friday
  • 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM
  • $18.00 per hour
