What You’ll Be Doing

- Build trust and rapport with customers from first greeting to post-sale follow-up
- Guide buyers through a needs-based, consultative process
- Stay informed about new inventory, product features, and promotions
- Help merchandise the lot and ensure vehicles are show-ready
- Collaborate with teammates and managers to meet team sales goals
