What are we looking for?
• Experience: 5+ years of forklift operation and material handling in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage processes end-to-end.
• A proactive learner eager to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
What specifically will you be doing?
• Material Handling: Receive, inspect, store, pull, and stage materials for fabrication.
• Inventory Accuracy: Verify documentation, match packing slips, and resolve discrepancies.
• Safety Compliance: Handle HAZCOM/HAZMAT materials per guidelines.
• Order Fulfillment: Pull and stage materials based on FIFO and production schedules.

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is required
  • Demonstrated ability to take a process from beginning to end (from quote to delivery)
  • A genuine curiosity and deep desire to become the best (SME-Subject Matter Expert)!

Work Environment
The work environment is typical of most shop environments, not climate controlled and subject to outdoor weather conditions. Team members are exposed to sounds and noise levels that are distracting.

  • Employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
