Job description

Job Summary: We are looking for warehouses who can work either Front or back half from 7am-5:30pm. The job consists of working in small teams to load/unload boxes in trailers. We are paid per box, so the faster you work, more boxes you process, the more money you make. The average employee averages $600/800 a week but our fastest employees make over $1000 a week. Those individuals are pushing to be as fast as possible both loading and unloading. They make even more when then stay later or come in on extra days. 

In this role, you'll:

  • Report to work on time (7am) and in dress code (Safety vest and Steel toes)
  • Unloading trailers (Scanning boxes and placing them from the conveyor belt into a cage.) 
  • Loading trailers (Scanning boxes and placing them from a cage onto a conveyor belt)
  • While scanning, make sure every scan is done properly and placed into the correct cage location. 
  • Maintain a safe, positive work environment

Pay:

  • Paid per box: $160-$200 per day
  • the faster you work, the more boxes you get done, the more money you make. 

Schedule

  • Donut Shift (Mon,Tue,Thur,Fri)7:00am- 7:00pm we sometimes finish early 

What you'll do:

  • Keep yourself safe and follow company policies
  • Have good attendance
  • Work with other teams to keep operations running smoothly
  • Push yourself to get work done more efficiently

What we're looking for:

  • Great attendance and punctuality
  • Work well in a team setting 
  • Stays motivated under a fast paced environment. 
  • Can pass a background check and a drug test. 
  • Can lift up to 50lbs unassisted
  • Can stand for long periods of time (10hrs-12hrs shifts)
