Job description

$740 A WEEK. PAID EVERY WEEK.
We're a family-owned company operating 33 Subway locations across the Houston area, and we're hiring store managers. Here is exactly what the job pays and exactly what you get. No guessing.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
WHAT YOU EARN
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• $740 per week - that's $38,480 a year base
• Paid weekly. Not biweekly. Every single week.
• Quarterly performance bonus up to $1,100 - up to $4,400 a year on top
• Total potential: $42,880+
• 50 hours per week, with overtime already built into the weekly rate
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
WHAT YOU GET
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• Health insurance
• 401(k) with company match
• Life insurance
• Paid time off
• Free meal every shift
• Employee discounts
• Paid training from day one
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
YOUR HOURS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Most days are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. You're home before 4. Once your store is running the way it should, you set your own schedule.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
WHAT THE JOB ACTUALLY IS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
This is a working manager position. You're on the floor, not in an office. You make sandwiches, you prep in the morning, you run the line during rush, and you train your crew by doing the work in front of them.
You also own your store's numbers: food cost, labor cost, and sales. When the store performs, you get paid the bonus. That's the whole arrangement.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• Leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or anywhere you ran a team - we care about your instincts, not your title
• Available 50 hours a week including weekends. As the manager, availability for coverage is expected and required.
• Willing to work alongside your crew, not just direct them
• Able to hold people accountable and have the hard conversation when someone isn't performing
• Reliable and organized
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
WHY PEOPLE STAY HERE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
We're family-owned. 33 stores across Houston, Conroe, Spring, The Woodlands, Kingwood, New Caney, Cleveland, Splendora, Coldspring, and Cypress. The owners know your name. Pay hits every week without fail. And with 33 locations there is somewhere to go - several of our managers moved up from the crew.
Job type: Full time
Pay: $740/week + quarterly bonus up to $1,100
Locations: Houston, Conroe, Spring, The Woodlands, Kingwood, New Caney, Cleveland, Splendora, Coldspring, and Cypress
