We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to join a collaborative software development team focused on enhancing customer engagement, eCommerce, online payments, and self-service experiences for telecommunications providers nationwide. This role will play a key part in developing and maintaining customer-facing web applications that directly impact how users interact with billing, payment processing, and digital account management platforms.

As part of an Agile development team, you will work closely with software architects, product leaders, QA professionals, and project managers to design, build, and deliver scalable web solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong experience within the Microsoft ecosystem and is passionate about leveraging modern technologies, including AI-assisted development tools, to improve software quality and development efficiency.

This position provides the opportunity to contribute to high-visibility digital transformation initiatives while working with modern technologies such as ASP.NET, Blazor, Azure DevOps, SQL Server, and cloud-based development practices.

• Develop new features and enhancements across multiple web-based software products.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications following established software architecture standards.
• Build and enhance backend APIs and application integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Create customer-facing functionality that improves eCommerce, billing, online payments, and self-service experiences.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to increase productivity, improve code quality, and streamline testing and documentation processes.
• Support technical documentation and ensure solutions align with business and technical requirements.

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong experience with ASP.NET and the .NET Framework.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and relational database development.
• Experience developing modern web applications within the Microsoft technology stack.
• Understanding of software design principles, testing methodologies, and Agile development practices.
• Interest in or experience utilizing AI technologies and AI-assisted development tools.

• Experience with Blazor or Blazor WebAssembly.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Git source control.
• Experience supporting eCommerce, payment processing, or customer self-service applications.

In this role, you will help drive key digital initiatives focused on:

• Enhancing online payment and billing experiences for customers.
• Improving the organization's eCommerce platform and digital customer journey.
• Expanding self-service capabilities used by telecommunications customers nationwide.
• Supporting modernization efforts across customer-facing web applications.
• Advancing the adoption of AI-assisted development practices to improve efficiency and software quality.

You will join an established development team consisting of experienced web developers, dedicated QA resources, and technical leadership committed to collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. The team operates within an Agile environment where developers have the opportunity to influence technical direction, contribute ideas, and make a measurable impact on products used by customers across the country.

This is a Permanent position based out of Mitchell, SD.

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
