Job description

Company Snapshot:
Born in Miami more than a quarter of a century ago, Tuuci is the global leader in premium shade and placemaking products for hospitality, commercial, and residential outdoor settings. From locations in North America, Europe, and Asia, our teams strive to meet and exceed the Tuuci vision: to help people live their best life outdoors through inspiring design, enduring performance, and convivial service. We work in a fun, fast-paced, and diverse environment that encourages close collaboration and the spirited exchange of ideas. Our culture supports creativity, drives excellence, and promotes personal growth and development.
Location and Reporting Structure:
This position is based in Miami and reports to the Technical Director, Marketing.
Position Summary:
Tuuci is looking for a Web Developer to join our marketing technology team. This is a hands-on development role — you’ll build and maintain our web properties, develop email templates, integrate platforms, and help us push into AI-powered tooling. You’ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to turn ideas into functional, polished digital experiences. Whether you’re a frontend-focused developer looking to go full stack or a junior full stack developer ready to level up, you’ll fit right in. You don’t need to be a marketing expert — you’ll pick that up naturally by working alongside the team. What matters is that you can write clean code, solve problems, and learn fast.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Web Development & Maintenance
  • Build and maintain web pages, product experiences, and interactive features on WordPress (PHP)
  • Ensure website performance across devices, browsers, and regions
Email Development & Campaign Support
  • Build and maintain responsive email templates in Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement)
  • QA across email clients and devices
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align campaigns with brand goals
Platform Integration & Tooling
  • Connect and maintain integrations across our platforms (CMS, CRM, analytics, DAM)
  • Configure GA4 and Google Tag Manager; support A/B testing and tracking
AI & Automation
  • Use and build AI-powered tools to automate workflows and improve the team’s output
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort across marketing operations — from content production to reporting
  • Stay current on AI tools and surface practical applications relevant to the team’s day-to-day work
Quality Assurance & Testing
  • Conduct regular audits to identify broken links, inaccuracies, or UX issues
  • Test new features, tools, and integrations before deployment
  • Ensure accessibility and compliance standards are met across digital platforms
Governance & Process Support
  • Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and workflows
  • Support best practices for content updates and campaign execution
  • Help onboard team members on marketing technologies as needed
Education and Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of professional web development experience
  • Solid HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP skills
  • WordPress experience; theme or plugin development is a plus
  • Git proficiency
  • Comfort with AI tools in your daily workflow (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)
  • A self-starter mindset — you figure things out
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, IT, or a related field preferred (not required — skills and portfolio matter more)
Bonus points: Node.js, React or Vue, REST APIs, Pardot/Salesforce, GA4/GTM, or marketing platform experience.
Tuuci Offers
  • Health benefits, matching 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays, and personal days
  • A supportive and welcoming work environment that encourages professional growth and creativity
  • Opportunities to make an impact and lead a global brand in an exciting, growing industry
