Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in ReactJS and Java-based microservices to design, develop, and deliver scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will work across front-end, backend, and cloud platforms to build high-performance, fault-tolerant systems that support large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
This role requires deep hands-on development experience, strong architectural understanding, and a disciplined engineering mindset to deliver next-generation enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Front-End Development
  • Design and develop modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications using ReactJS, React Hooks, NextJS, JavaScript (ES6), TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Build reusable, maintainable UI components with a strong focus on performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Apply deep understanding of React fundamentals, including Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, and state management.
  • Develop React-based web and mobile applications using Redux, Flux, Flow, or similar state management frameworks.
Backend & Microservices Architecture
  • Design, build, and maintain n-tier, cloud-native, reactive microservices using Java (preferred), Scala, or Go.
  • Develop RESTful services using Spring Boot, Apache Camel, Tomcat, JBoss, and related frameworks.
  • Architect and deploy highly scalable, fault-tolerant, distributed systems running in Kubernetes environments.
  • Contribute to system design decisions focusing on performance, reliability, and scalability.
Cloud & Containerization
  • Deploy and manage applications on public cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Design cloud-native solutions optimized for elasticity, resilience, and cost efficiency.
Testing & Code Quality
  • Follow disciplined engineering practices including test-driven development (TDD), code reviews, and documentation.
  • Ensure high test coverage using JUnit, Mockito, and related testing frameworks.

Databases & Data Architecture
  • Design and develop applications using SQL and NoSQL databases, including Oracle, Cassandra, and Azure Cosmos DB.
