  • 8+ years with a Bachelor’s degree, OR
  • 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Description

We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to support a high-priority infrastructure initiative focused on delivering immediate operational impact. In this role, you will work across multiple product teams to design, prototype, and implement systems that improve infrastructure visibility, workflow efficiency, and overall system awareness.

You will operate in a highly collaborative environment, working directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, iterate quickly, and deliver deployable solutions. This position requires adaptability, strong full-stack development skills, and the ability to take ownership of solutions from concept through deployment in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities
  • Understand mission objectives, collaborate with team members, gather user requirements, and rapidly develop solutions
  • Independently drive feature development and take ownership of the full development lifecycle
  • Integrate with and contribute to a diverse set of teams, systems, and technology stacks
  • Design and implement intuitive user interfaces and workflows
  • Develop solutions for data visualization, task automation, and workflow enhancements
  • Build and maintain full-stack applications supporting operational needs
Skills Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience developing across the full stack (UI/UX, API/middleware, backend, and DevOps)

Compensation Employment Policy

Salary is determined by multiple factors, including location, education, experience, skills, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $170,000 – $210,000 (annualized USD).
