JOB DESCRIPTION:

Velia Multiservices is partnering with an ambitious seed-stage AI startup building the next generation of AI-powered marketing technology. We're looking for a high-impact Full-Stack Engineer who wants more than just another engineering job โ€” someone excited to help shape product direction, scale infrastructure, and build alongside a fast-moving founding team.

What You'll Be Building
Scalable RESTful APIs using FastAPI and structured Pydantic schemas
Modern React/TypeScript frontends with Zustand, TanStack Query, and Tailwind CSS
Complex backend systems with Django ORM and PostgreSQL, including multi-tenant architecture, versioned content systems, and dynamic templates
Infrastructure and deployment pipelines using Docker, GCP (Cloud Run & GKE), Terraform, and GitHub Actions
Production-ready testing across frontend and backend systems
Data operations, SQL migrations, and debugging across staging/production environments

What They're Looking For
4โ€“6 years of Full-Stack Engineering experience
Strong expertise in Python and React/TypeScript
Experience building and scaling production software in fast-paced startup environments
Strong product ownership mindset with the ability to ship features end-to-end
Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to engineering culture
Familiarity with AdTech/MarTech APIs such as Google Ads and Meta APIs

Experience with payments infrastructure (e.g., Google/Apple Pay).
