As a Full Stack Marketer at Wellness Research & Consulting, you’ll be part of one of the most influential teams in the direct response alternative health market. When you join, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of digital channels and tackle many marketing challenges. You’ll also be encouraged to test out new ideas and bring along your own “bag of tricks” to the table.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Set up and manage campaigns on various search and display advertising platform.

- Seek out and research new channels for customer acquisition and lead generation.

- Help develop & design new online assets like landing pages, banners, video ads and microsites.

- Help conceptualize and plan out marketing funnels and comprehensive email onboarding/nurture sequences to maximize profitability.

- Find new tools, software and strategies to amplify marketing efforts, engage new customers, facilitate product launches and speed up campaign deployment.

- Integrate A/B testing into most marketing efforts.

- Follow project timelines and regularly report on all results and significant findings.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. (Or equivalent level of work experience)

- Proficient in major Marketing Platforms like Adwords, Facebook ads, Pinterest, Adblade, etc.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a full-stack marketing role.

- Understanding of Marketing / Copy creative workflow processes.

- Understanding of the principles of Direct Response and how these differ from branding.

- Proficiency in the Wordpress platform as well as basic HTML/CSS skills.

- Basic proficiency in graphic design tools like Photoshop or Canva, and an eye for good design principles.

- Excellent verbal and written communication.

- Tendency to exceed expectations with highly developed organizational skills.

- Proficiency in following tools is also highly desirable: Clickfunnels, ESP software like Hubspot/ACT-ON/SharpSpring, Woocommerce cart, Zapier, Promo, Youtube marketing.
