Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale, cloud-native applications. This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end solution architecture across modern full-stack platforms, microservices, event-driven systems, and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java enterprise technologies, Spring Boot, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures on AWS and Azure. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and infrastructure engineers to deliver scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performing enterprise solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end architecture of enterprise-grade full-stack applications and distributed systems.
  • Design scalable, loosely coupled microservices architectures using Java EE/J2EE and Spring Boot.
  • Define enterprise API strategies, including API design standards, versioning, documentation, governance, authentication, and security.
  • Architect event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka for real-time messaging and asynchronous communication.
  • Design cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS and Microsoft Azure services.
  • Develop containerization and orchestration strategies using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Define enterprise reference architectures, reusable frameworks, and development standards.
  • Lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, and design sessions with business and engineering teams.
  • Ensure architecture aligns with business objectives, scalability, security, resiliency, availability, observability, and cost optimization requirements.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment strategies.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend architectural improvements.
  • Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Review solution designs, code quality, and infrastructure implementations to ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Support production deployments and resolve complex architectural and performance challenges.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture and full-stack software development.
  • Extensive experience designing cloud-native, distributed, and microservices-based applications.
  • Strong expertise in Java EE/J2EE and Spring Boot frameworks.
  • Advanced knowledge of Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience designing RESTful APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms including AWS and Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience implementing secure API management, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
  • Expertise in enterprise software architecture patterns and best practices.
