Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of full stack solutions using React, Java Spring Boot, GraphQL/REST APIs, and AWS.
Drive architecture and design reviews, defining APIs, data models, integrations, and service boundaries.
Develop secure, production-grade code and enforce engineering best practices through code reviews.
Build and maintain highly available, scalable services with strong focus on reliability and performance.
Implement authentication and authorization using OIDC/OAuth2.
Establish observability, monitoring, logging, and operational readiness practices.
Partner with Product and UX teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Evaluate and guide adoption of internal and third-party technology solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
12+ years of full stack engineering experience with technical leadership responsibilities.
Strong expertise in:
React (TypeScript)
Java Spring Boot
GraphQL & REST API design
AWS cloud services
Kafka/MSK
Aurora PostgreSQL
AWS Neptune
OIDC/OAuth2 & JWT security
Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, Git, and DevOps practices.
Must have hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code and/or GitHub Copilot.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK), Docker, ECS/EKS, and modern security practices.
