Work with a software development engineering team to design, build, configuration, testing, analysis, delivery, and support of Technology project-based work, managed services and solutions to clients. Assist clients to transform their business problems through disruptive innovation enablement, engineering and transformational design solutions. Support clients in modernizing systems, processes and products to enhance business and customer-facing platforms to support high performance in a rapidly changing and competitive environment. Leverage Microservices, Cloud, Omni channel integration, API Management and open‑source technologies to enable end‑to‑end automation. Assist engagement teams through the analysis of specific business requirements, to design, develop, integrate, test, and deploy distributed software applications. Demonstrate hands‑on technical capabilities in multiple programming languages. Deliver engineering solutions through all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements definition, engineering design, development, integration, and testing; based on a proven agile methodology. Design & architect large business critical systems. Communicate progress to client engagement teams. Deliver high quality systems with focus on reliability and excellent customer experience.

Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in‑depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long‑term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full‑time employment, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

Minimum Requirements
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate technology work experience or a Master’s degree with 4 years of technology work experience.
  • Must have 4 years of experience in technology software development.
  • Must have 4 years of experience with full stack software product development.
  • Must have 3 years of experience with DevOps technologies and its supporting services and tools.
  • Must have 4 years of back‑end experience using Java, Python, Node.js, REST, NoSQL, Microservices, and/or Serverless.
  • Must have 4 years of back‑end experience using AWS and/or Azure.
  • Must have 4 years of front‑end development experience using React, Angular, and/or responsive web design.
  • Must have 3 years of experience designing, building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Must have 3 years of hands‑on experience building applications and platforms with cloud native or microservices architecture in IaaS, PaaS, and/or container deployment.
  • Must have 3 years of experience with Git and/or CI/CD pipelines.
  • Must have 4 years of experience working with testing frameworks and tools for unit and integration testing, and working with TDD or BDD software development techniques.
  • Must have 4 years of experience delivering digital projects and products using Agile project management methodology.
  • Must have 3 years of experience with at least one of the following: Akka/Scala, Kafka/RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch, AngularJS/ReactJS, Hadoop/Spark/Flume, Mongo/Cassandra, or other NoSQL DB.
  • Requires travel up to 50%, including international travel up to 10%, to serve client needs.
