With more than 800 products, Iberia Foods has a ?solid position as the definitive connection to the Caribbean and Latin American cuisine.
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Selector to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will also be expected to participate in regular warehouse cleaning and maintenance to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
Salary starts at $18 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Selecting products from the warehouse according to customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Pick and stage product orders using pick sheets.
Preparing selected items for repack by packing them securely and labeling them correctly.
Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
Load and unload trucks as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by performing routine cleaning tasks (sweeping, removing trash, organizing pallets, etc.)
Comply with company safety standards and procedures.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Stay until the work is fully completed&shifts end when the work is done.
Position Requirements
  • Prior warehouse or order selection experience is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and stay until the shift is complete
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Team-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
