Job Overview:
Carrollwood Country Club is seeking energetic and responsible summer camp counselors for Camp Roo. If you are a team player willing to lead our junior members in a season of fun, we'd love to hear from you. From poolside activities to creative arts, Camp Roo will be full of fun.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead & Engage: Facilitate daily activities including sports, swimming, creative arts, and special themed events.
  • Safety First: Maintain constant supervision of campers (ages 5-12) to ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive environment.
  • Member Relations: Greet parents and members with a professional and friendly demeanor, providing daily updates on their child’s experience.
  • Coordination: Assist with camp setup, cleanup, and transitions between club facilities.
  • Role Model: Demonstrate the values of sportsmanship, respect, and etiquette inherent to our club culture.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: Previous experience working with children (camp, coaching, or teaching) is highly preferred.
  • Energy: High level of enthusiasm and the ability to stay active on your feet all day.
