Job description

Job Title: Fulfillment Specialist (Houston, TX)
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)

Overview

The Fulfillment Specialist supports daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, shipping, returns processing, and product refurbishment. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and comfort working in a fast paced, high volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and stage high volume orders for daily carrier pickup
  • Print shipping labels in ShipStation and coordinate outbound shipments
  • Process customer returns in the CRM and Inventory Management System
  • Refurbish, disassemble, and reassemble products as needed
  • Maintain an organized workspace following 5S standards 

Qualifications

  • Experience with WMS/IMS systems and ShipStation
  • Knowledge of e commerce fulfillment and returns workflows
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
  • Experience in high volume operations or product assembly/refurbishment
  • Preferred: Forklift certification; bilingual English/Spanish
  • 5% Travel
