Job description

Warehouse Fulfillment Associate

The Warehouse Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately pulling, packaging, quality-checking, staging, and loading customer orders. This role is critical to making sure customers receive the correct product, in the correct package, and on time. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, proficient on a forklift, and willing to work closely with a tight-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and accurately interpret customer order tickets and shipping documents.
  • Pull the correct products and verify required packaging, including pails, drums and totes
  • Follow fulfillment and quality control procedures to verify customer name, PO information, product name, quantity, packaging type, labels, batch numbers, and shipping requirements before shipment
  • Safely operate forklifts to move products, stage orders, and load customer trucks
  • Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments safely and efficiently
  • Stage completed orders for pickup or shipment while maintaining warehouse organization
  • Assist with inventory accuracy through proper product handling, documentation, and communication with the team
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
  • Work closely with team members to help ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
  • Follow all company safety policies, quality procedures, and operational standards

Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse, order pulling, shipping or fulfillment experience preferred
  • Strong forklift operating skills required
  • Experience handling drums, totes, and pails preferred
  • Ability to read order tickets, follow written instructions, and verify order details accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to getting orders right the first time
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Ability to lift 50+lbs and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the workday
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Consistently pulls accurate orders with the correct product and package type
  • Follows QC procedures without shortcuts
  • Loads trucks safely, efficiently and professionally
  • Communicates clearly with teammates and supervisors
  • Maintains a positive, team oriented attitude
