Description:

Responsibilities include receiving inventory, preparing products and orders for shipment, and other general shipping and receiving tasks. Maintain daily quality goals and ensure that the working environment is clean, safe & organized. Employees in this position should possess the following qualities; accuracy, attention to detail, dependable, organized, quick learner, able to work well alone and with others in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Great customer service.
  • The ability to effectively use computers and other handheld electronic devices.
  • The aptitude to accurately pack and process customer orders.
  • Prepare BOL and required documentation for shipments.
  • Pack products for shipment including weighing, labeling, and loading.
  • Capable of achieving and exceeding quality goals on a daily basis.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
  • Verify incoming shipments by comparing identifying information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
  • Maintain clean supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manually or mechanically load and unload products from pallets, skids, platforms, using warehouse equipment to move product and orders through the facility.
  • Follow OSHA, TX Dept of Health, & FDA compliance guidelines.
  • Ensure orders are delegated to correct couriers.
  • Arrange products according to FIFO methodology.
  • Perform daily/weekly/monthly inventory checks.
  • Assist as needed performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Cgmp course and certification;
  • OSHA and Forklift certification;
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course and certification.
