Sales Operations Manager, Fulfillment Lead (NetSuite)Drive the systems that enable growth at scale

At BrainChip, weโ€™re building the future of intelligent hardware. Our technology is powering a new generation of AI-enabled devices, and behind every product shipped is a system that needs to run flawlessly.

Weโ€™re looking for a Sales Operations & Fulfillment Lead to take full ownership of how orders move from closed deal to delivered product to recognized revenue.

This role sits at the center of Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain. Youโ€™ll build the systems, workflows, and processes that keep everything running smoothly as we scale.

If you like owning systems, solving operational complexity, and building structure from the ground up, this is a high-impact opportunity.

What youโ€™ll do
  • Own the full order-to-cash lifecycle from deal to delivery to revenue
  • Ensure orders flow cleanly across Salesforce, Shopify, and NetSuite
  • Manage invoicing, collections, credit terms, and tax compliance
  • Partner with Finance on reconciliation, inventory valuation, and reporting
  • Maintain real-time inventory accuracy across multiple systems and locations
  • Build and optimize workflows that scale with the business
  • Oversee fulfillment operations across ICs, board assemblies, and hardware shipments
  • Support both high-volume transactions and complex enterprise deals
What you bring
  • Strong experience in ERP systems with deep expertise in NetSuite
  • Background in order management, accounts receivable, and fulfillment operations
  • Experience working with Salesforce and eCommerce platforms like Shopify
  • Familiarity with hardware, semiconductor, or electronics environments
  • Understanding of inventory systems, BOMs, and operational workflows
