Description
We're looking for a hands-on Fulfillment Assistant Manager to drive daily fulfillment execution, help maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time in a lean, fast-paced environment. This role leads a small core team for most of the year and steps into a larger leadership role during peak season (Nov-Dec).
Working closely with the E-commerce Fulfillment Senior Manager, you'll execute operational priorities, improve processes, and ensure a high level of accuracy and efficiency across all fulfillment activities. This is a "player-coach" role-ideal for someone who leads from the floor, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
