Job Description
As a Security Officer Bilingual Patrol in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while working with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and committed to integrity.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and reports.
  • Support a professional workplace environment by observing and reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Preferred qualifications include being comfortable using a computer or tablet.
  • Preferred qualifications include access control and badge experience.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
