Job description

MCDONALD'S MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
A McDonald's Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of equipment and facilities within McDonald's restaurants. This includes troubleshooting and repairing kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and other mechanical systems. They perform routine inspections, conduct preventative maintenance, and respond to maintenance requests. Additionally, they may collaborate with other team members, manage inventory of spare parts and adhere to safety protocols. The role requires technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Candidates must have a
valid driver's license and own vehicle and must be willing to travel, as well
as being authorized to work in the United States. Candidates must have open and on-call
availability, including on nights and weekends.
The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining and repairing McDonald's equipment, including (but
not limited to):
  • Taylor and Garland Grills (must be certified)
  • Frymaster, Pitco and Henny Penny fryers
  • Taylor and Franke espresso,
  • Blended Ice machines,
  • Taylor soft serve machines (must be certified)
  • HVAC, cooler and refrigerator units

Salary:
$80k-95k Annually for Qualified Candidates
