About the Role

You'll greet guests with enthusiasm, take orders, prepare our famous custard treats and help keep the dining room sparkling clean.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up the ColdLine by assembling equipment, stocking products and preparing the dining room
  • Warmly welcome guests, take accurate orders and facilitate drivethru service efficiently
  • Build custard items to specification and deliver them quickly to guests
  • Check on guests, seek feedback and maintain a clean dining room and service area
  • Follow strict washing, sanitation and safety procedures and ensure proper storage of ingredients
  • Understand all ingredients, time standards and display a strong sense of urgency
  • Break down and clean equipment and stations at closing; properly store products

  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, timesensitive environment
