About the Role

Are you friendly and serviceoriented? Do you enjoy working in a fun, fastpaced setting where teamwork, hospitality and quality come first? Join our Freddy's ColdLine team! You'll greet guests with enthusiasm, take orders, prepare our famous custard treats and help keep the dining room sparkling clean.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up the ColdLine by assembling equipment, stocking products and preparing the dining room
  • Warmly welcome guests, take accurate orders and facilitate drivethru service efficiently
  • Build custard items to specification and deliver them quickly to guests
  • Check on guests, seek feedback and maintain a clean dining room and service area
  • Follow strict washing, sanitation and safety procedures and ensure proper storage of ingredients
  • Understand all ingredients, time standards and display a strong sense of urgency
  • Break down and clean equipment and stations at closing; properly store products

  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, timesensitive environment
