About the Role
We’re hiring a Frontline Supervisor in Pennsylvania to provide hands-on support and leadership at an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF)/ IDD for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves both direct care and team supervision—leading daily living skills instruction, supporting goal plans, and ensuring personal care needs are met for residents. You’ll work under established ICF guidelines with direction from the Division Director, playing a key role in both staff support and resident success.

Responsibilities

●        Provide direct care and supervision for ICF/IDD residents

●        Implement and track individualized daily living skills and goal plans

●        Lead, support, and oversee residential care team members

●        Ensure all care activities follow ICF/MR standards and organizational guidelines

●        Support the overall physical, emotional, and developmental needs of residents
 

Required Qualifications

●        Minimum 18 years of age

●        High school diploma or GED
 

Preferred Qualifications

●        Additional education in Human Services

●        Five (5) years of Human Services experience

●        At least one year of experience as a Residential Direct Care Worker or two years of direct service experience in a human services agency, one of which must have involved working with intellectually disabled individuals or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
