While remote work provides flexibility, some evening and weekend hours may be required to accommodate client schedules.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and resources.
• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure a holistic, coordinated approach to client care.
• Offering crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning, ensuring that clients receive immediate support when in distress.
• Facilitating group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and peer support groups to enhance community engagement and support.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation to comply with ethical, legal, and organizational guidelines for mental health practice.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. You will address conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more, providing tailored support that respects each client's unique background and experiences. Your interventions will be aimed at promoting resilience and enhancing the overall mental well-being of our clients.

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A comprehensive understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and treatment techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to effectively engage with clients.

We prefer candidates who have:

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• A proven track record in using diverse therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.
• A strong background in working collaboratively within multi-disciplinary treatment teams.

This Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus to new hires as a gesture of our commitment to supporting our employees. Benefits include:
