Job description

We’re looking for a talented Front-End Developer in the Greater Houston area who enjoys building thoughtful, user-friendly web experiences and collaborating with others to solve meaningful problems. In this role, you’ll help shape and deliver scalable, high-performance applications—owning front-end development while contributing to back-end functionality as part of a supportive, cross-functional team.
This role is expected to begin primarily in the office to support onboarding and team integration. Over time, the position may transition to a hybrid schedule, with the potential to become fully remote based on performance, team needs, and business priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Build intuitive, responsive user interfaces using Angular and modern web technologies
  • Contribute to full-stack development using technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java
  • Write clean, maintainable TypeScript/JavaScript with a focus on best practices and long-term quality
  • Design and implement APIs and microservices that integrate smoothly with front-end systems
  • Ensure applications are accessible, inclusive, and performant across devices and platforms
  • Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless user experiences
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and usability
  • Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with teammates in a supportive, feedback-driven environment
  • Help maintain reliable delivery pipelines through CI/CD and automated testing
  • Deploy and manage applications using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Troubleshoot issues thoughtfully and proactively improve systems over time
Qualifications:

We know great candidates don’t always meet 100% of the criteria. So, if you’re excited about this role, we encourage you to apply.
  • Around 4+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on front-end work
  • Experience with Angular (Angular 18+ preferred)
  • Familiarity with at least one additional technology such as React, Node.js, Java, or Python
  • Experience using Git or similar version control systems
  • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization
  • Comfort working with UI/UX tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, especially in a remote environment
  • Ability to manage your time, prioritize effectively, and work independently when needed
  • Experience (or interest) in working with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Experience with cloud-based development environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google)

Must be a U.S. Citizen and U.S.-based.
