Job Summary:


As a Fixed Income Currency and Commodities (FICC) Trade Support Analyst within our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end trade lifecycle for a diverse suite of products. You will work closely with front office teams, trading desks, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless trade flow management and timely resolution of operational issues. Your ability to adapt, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities will enable you to thrive in our fast-paced environment. Together, we will deliver exceptional service to our clients and drive operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Front Office Product Desks, Investors, Financial Advisors, and Client Service teams to support trades across asset classes.
  • Collaborate with Operations on trade booking, fail management, exception processing, and ad hoc queries.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Review and reconcile daily reports to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Compile management information system (MIS) data for leadership reporting.
  • Document and maintain procedures and process flows, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Contribute to projects related to Middle Office, administration, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Middle Office, Finance, IT, Risk, and Compliance to align on business requirements and process improvements.
  • Assist with day-to-day inquiries from Front Office, Clients, and Brokers.
  • Support monthly management reporting and analysis.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
  • Knowledge of the securities industry and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Process-driven mindset with the ability to meet high-pressure deadlines.
  • Experience in workflow analysis, documentation, and project management.
  • High aptitude for critical thinking and the ability to develop and articulate complex agendas.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Alteryx, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated team player with a collaborative approach.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience supporting Fixed Income instruments, including Taxable and Municipal products.
  • Familiarity with T+1 trade support and settlement processes.
  • Exposure to strategic business and regulatory initiatives within financial services.
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly in a high-volume, constantly changing environment.
  • Project management experience in a financial services setting.
