Front Office Assistant
Position Details
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
  • Pay: $20–$22/hour
  • Recent graduates: Encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain visitor logs, records, contact lists, and other office documentation.
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages.
  • Assist with reports, calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and credit card reconciliation.
  • Perform general administrative tasks including typing, scanning, filing, faxing, and translation.
  • Maintain organized reception, conference room, supply, and common areas.
  • Monitor and maintain office and employee merchandise inventory.
  • Conduct weekly office supply inventory and communicate replenishment needs to Purchasing.
  • Provide general administrative support to managers and employees.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Senior Management.
