Job Summary

The Front-End Manager is responsible for overseeing all front-end operations, including cash handling, customer service, and team performance. This role ensures accurate transaction processing, adherence to company standards, and efficient execution of front-end procedures to support overall store operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily front-end operations to ensure accurate and efficient transaction processing
  • Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed, including register reconciliation and control processes
  • Monitor front-end activity to identify and resolve discrepancies, errors, or operational issues
  • Supervise and manage front-end staff to ensure adherence to company policies and performance expectations
  • Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained at all times
  • Review trends related to shrink, cash variances, and operational inconsistencies to address areas of concern
  • Coordinate front-end processes including scheduling, workflow execution, and coverage
  • Support implementation and enforcement of front-end procedures and internal controls
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant front-end environment
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in front-end, retail, or customer service operations
  • Strong understanding of cash handling procedures and transaction accuracy
  • Experience leading or managing a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
