Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Front End Loader Operator to join our ready-mix plant team in Holly Ridge, LA. The operator will primarily use a 600 or 700 series loader to manage raw material stockpiles, feed aggregates into the batch plant, and support plant operations. Prior experience handling aggregates in a concrete, quarry, or materials production environment is strongly preferred. This position requires a dependable, safety-conscious individual who can keep plant operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a 600 or 700 series front end loader safely and efficiently.
  • Handle and maintain raw aggregate stockpiles, ensuring proper material flow for batching.
  • Load hoppers and maintain consistent supply to plant operations.
  • Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance.
  • Keep the plant yard organized, clean, and free of safety hazards.
  • Communicate with plant managers and drivers to meet production demands.
  • Follow all company and regulatory safety procedures.
