Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team at our thriving Dental clinic. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet patients as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. 
Responsibilities 
  • Greet patients as they arrive and provide an excellent, caring patient experience
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Assist patients with paperwork, including consent forms
  • Maintain a clean and inviting environment
  • Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of patients before, throughout, and after their services
